What are the overdue fines for library materials? 

  1. General Collection and CRC 
    Fines are assessed at .25 cents a day, up to a maximum of $10.00. The Library offers a 7 day grace period after the due date. However, materials returned on the eighth day or later will be assessed fines from the due date. 
  2. Periodical Collection
    Fines are $ .50 for the first hour and $ .25 for each additional hour. There is no grace period.

NOTE:  Fines can be paid via the telephone by using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card. 

Can I pay overdue fines without having to visit the library?

Yes, you can pay overdue fines by telephone using a credit card; Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards are accepted at Circulation ((208) 426-1204).
