LiLI

What is LiLI? 

LiLI stands for Libraries Linking Idaho.  It "is a cooperative effort between the Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICFL) and the Idaho library community to improve library services for the citizens of Idaho." 

One important undertaking is the LiLI Database Project, LiLI-D, which "provides free access to full-text periodical databases for the residents of Idaho through local publicly-funded libraries [or through individual password]. The project is funded by the Idaho Legislature with the support of the Governor."
